To use, simply set your intentions clearly, add the ingredients to your pot, and bring the water to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and stir the pot clockwise to manifest your intentions (unless you're doing a banishing or releasing, then stir counter-clockwise). Visualize your desired outcome while simmering. When you're finished, boil the pot down until there's only about an inch of water left, then turn it off. Your work is complete!
