Selenite sticks are perfect for recharging/cleansing all your crystals. Just place your small crystals on top of the selenite and leave for at least 6 hours.
This item may also help with aches and pains (headaches, muscle soreness, or tightness) as well as insomnia. Lay down, take deep breaths and exhale at least 3 times. Gently, place the selenite directly on the spot that is giving you trouble, relax (close your eyes, meditate, set an intention for the selenite) for at least 15-20 minutes. This stone may help to absorb the negative energy.
